Our Returns Policy
At Be Different Gift Finds, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase.
Your Right to Cancel (Change of Mind) Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Return postage is the customer's responsibility. Refunds processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Due to hygiene regulations, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns on earrings, cosmetics, personal care products, or opened sealed hygiene items.
Damaged, Faulty, Missing or Incorrect Items Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (no later than 7 calendar days). Email hello.bedifferentgiftfinds@post.com with your order number, reason, and photos. We will arrange a replacement, credit, or refund. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the entire order was incorrectly supplied or not delivered.
Manufacturing Faults Report within 5 business days of discovery and within 6 months of delivery. Does not cover misuse, wear and tear, or accidental damage.
Non-Delivery Contact us if your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of the estimated delivery date. Claims must be raised within 21 days of dispatch.
Not Eligible for Return Natural colour/material variation, fragrance variation, and natural stone colour dissatisfaction.
How to Start a Return Email hello.bedifferentgiftfinds@post.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos where relevant. Do not send items back without authorisation — we will provide the correct return address by email. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
