Risk of loss and title for items purchased from us pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.
- If your tracking link shows your package has stopped moving, or if it is marked as delivered but you have not received it, you must notify Be different gift finds within 7 days of the estimated delivery date so we can open a swift investigation with our couriers.
Section 7 - Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
We want to resolve issues as quickly as possible. Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
- Priority Processing (Within 48 Hours): If your order arrives damaged, broken, faulty, or incorrect, please report it to us within 48 hours of delivery. Reporting within this window allows us to process an immediate replacement or refund.
- Standard Processing (Up to 30 Days): In accordance with your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have up to 30 days from delivery to report a faulty or damaged item for a full refund or replacement. Please note that claims logged after our 48-hour priority window may take 5–7 business days to investigate and process.
- Please do not discard any items or packaging until our support team has responded to your claim.
Section 8 - Change of Mind Returns & Cancellations
If you change your mind about a purchase, Be different gift finds offers a hassle-free Partial Refund option to save you the cost and effort of return shipping. If you prefer to return the item for a full product refund, the following terms apply:
- You must notify us of your intent to return within 14 days of receiving your goods.
- You must pay for trackable return postage. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Items must be completely unopened, unused, and in their original, undamaged retail packaging.
- Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns on opened cosmetics, essential oils, ear piercings, or personal care products. [1]

Do not send items back to the address listed on your shipping label, as unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.
